Cellular Phone Information
Beginning July 1, 2017, Information Services / NTS will no longer manage cellular accounts and devices for campus units or departments. Options for staff needing cellular services are outlined here:
New cellular plan requests, devices, or upgrades to devices may be requested via your department phone coordinator until March 30, 2017. After that date, no new plans/devices/upgrades will be processed. All departmental accounts will need to either migrate to the employee ownership / reimbursement option, or departmental management option, by June 30, 2017.
Cellular services ordered before 3/30/17 through NTS must be requested by your Department Coordinator who will approve services needed and provide us with appropriate Index and billing authorization. No order will be accepted without the approval of your Department Coordinator.
