  1. IP phones can only be deployed in buildings with infrastructure to support these phones. Contact Telecom Services to see if your building meets these infrastructure requirements.

CS540 requires an electronic hookswitch cable to connect 2420 or 9600 series IP sets. Cable will be quoted as a package with the headset when ordering through us.

Although the picture doesn't show both options, the headset comes with both over-the-ear and over-the-head options.
